Building Science services include but are not limited to;
- Load testing of guardrails (including glass panels): Conducted according to O.B.C. 2012, SB-13, ASTM E 935, ASTM E 985, and CSA A500-16 standards, ensuring safety for balconies and stairwells.
- Anchor bolt pull and torque test: Ensuring secure anchoring systems meet safety requirements for various structural elements.
- Railing installation inspection: Verifying proper installation and compliance with safety codes to prevent accidents.
- Window leak test: Conforming to ASTM and CSA standards to prevent moisture ingress, which can lead to mould and structural damage.
- Property condition survey / building envelope evaluation: Evaluating overall building condition and envelope integrity to identify wear and tear or deficiencies.
- Detailed inspections for homes and commercial buildings.
